Summary #
Plant Growth Segmentation is a dataset for a semantic segmentation task. It is used in the biological research.
The dataset consists of 2008 images with 2008 labeled objects belonging to 1 single class (plant).
Images in the Plant Growth Segmentation dataset have pixel-level semantic segmentation annotations. All images are labeled (i.e. with annotations). There is 1 split in the dataset: train (2008 images). Also Dataset includes repository (rep_01, rep_02 … rep_07) and plant_id (L-52, h38, … etc.) tags. The dataset was released in 2022.
